There is numerous food to eat on this planet and humans consume them according to their tastes. The food which is used in one part of the country is not used not used for the same purpose in other.

Take for instance wheat is used for different purpose like wheat flour for chapatti, wheat for cornflake, brown bread, and many more different items. Some food is healthy for eyes, other for the heart, the other for skin, some are useful for hair loss. Let us share the information of top 10 most important food to have in our diet for our completer health and disease free life.

We know that food are something which we need for our survival then why not take the right food, which can not only vanish hunger but also gives complete health. If we adopt half of them in our diet then most of the issues related to health can be sorted out.

1. Apples

The number food item in my chart is apple. It is one of the rich sources of antioxidant, which stops the growth of free radicals. Free radicals are the damaging elements in the human body which causes undesirable changes. They are involved directly in the aging process.

Free radicals cause and make us unhealthy, we look greater than our actual age. The antioxidants found in apples which fights against the free radicals bring the extension of lifespan of humans.

Research confirmed that Apple is must food to have in every house, it is the miracle fruit which brings around 25 percent drop down in bad cholesterol and 5 percent increase in good cholesterol. It is rightly said an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

2. Eggs

It is known as the versatile which can be used in different forms in our diet. The most important benefits of an egg are the rich source of protein. It can be used not just for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner. It has a rich source of B-2 known as riboflavin, and B-12  the combination of both provides instant energy and improves the function of red blood cells. It has also got amino acid which is good for muscles

The boiled egg has more importance in our health, due to its rich source of vitamins and minerals. It also decreases the risk of heart disease. Having boiled egg in our diet can bring wonder on our health.

3. Almonds

Almonds are the rich source of vitamin E, antioxidants, magnesium, and fiber.  It is one of the most popular nuts, which is good for the weight loss, it can also provide impressive benefits for heart and bones.

4. Fish 

The benefits of having fish in our diet are that fish contains 30 percent of oil, the one which is the most important source in fish it contains omega-3 fatty acid. Omega has a direct impact on our heart and nervous system. Fish has the rich source of vitamin Aand D also. It provides benefits to the patients suffering from prostate cancer, ass the result showed that there was an improvement in their health when they started consuming it. Some common types of fish are sardines, herring, trout which can be included in our diet, once a week we should consume it at least.

5. Oranges and lemons

Both orange and lemon have a rich source of the vitamin. They are also the rich source of fiber, antioxidants. Adding these two in our diet will improve our health a lot. Where oranges can be consumed anytime during the day. Lemon water with warm water in the morning on an empty stomach can reduce constipation, glows the skin, improves our nervous system.
